The app and these terms

For Keeps is a Carry One Creations app for making keepsakes. These terms explain how you may use it. You can create locally without an account. Creation is free and unlimited. Backup, public sharing, orders and rewards depend on availability and eligibility.

Accounts and age requirements

Account signup is for people aged 13 or older. Viewing the feed and creator profiles, posting publicly, adding a public profile photo, liking, following and cash-out requests are for people aged 18 or older. Enter your real birthday. Do not use false details to get around an age or safety check.

Sign in with an email address you control and your one-time email code. Keep your code private. Use your own account, keep your details accurate and contact us if someone else may have access.

Your keepsakes and content

You keep ownership of your photos, captions and keepsakes. Use content you own or have permission to use. Respect the privacy and rights of people shown in it. Making a keepsake does not give you rights to someone else’s image or work.

When you ask us to store, render, back up, review, share or fulfill your content, you allow us and the services helping us to handle it for those purposes. This permission covers the features you choose and related safety and support work.

Your local album and private backup are separate from public posts. Exports in Photos or other apps are separate copies. Keep another copy of keepsakes you value; local copies can be lost with app or device data.

Permission for public sharing

Posting requires an account, username, age checks and public-sharing permission. By submitting content for public sharing, you allow us to copy, review and show it through the public features you choose. Other people can view and save approved public posts and profile photos.

The sharing-permission screen explains that public photo copies, captions, your public username and any submitted profile photo can go to OpenAI for safety checks. Private backup originals are separate. See the privacy policy.

You can withdraw sharing permission in the app. This hides your public posts and profile photo and stops further OpenAI checks for your account. Review copies and safety evidence can remain. Withdrawal cannot recall copies other people have saved.

Community rules, reporting and blocking

Do not post illegal, exploitative, threatening, harassing or hateful content. Do not post intimate images of anyone without their consent, including AI-made or edited images, or content that violates someone’s privacy or rights. Do not impersonate others, spam, manipulate rewards, evade safety checks or try to access another person’s account or private files.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We act on reports promptly: we remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or close the account responsible.

Use Report on a post to flag a problem, or Block to block a creator. For help with a report or a review result, use the Carry One contact page. Include the relevant post or support reference, but do not send email codes or payment credentials.

How content review works

Public submissions go through safety checks. Automatic checks use public image copies and text. Human reviewers may inspect submissions and report evidence. A submission may stay pending, be approved or be rejected. Content removed after review may leave safety records.

Safety checks can make mistakes and may not catch every harmful item. If you think a review result is wrong, contact us with the relevant reference.

Orders and physical keepsakes

An order sends the selected photos and design details to our order service. We deliver only to addresses in the Philippines. Check the design, recipient, address, phone and charges before completing checkout. Checkout in the app uses Shopify.

A preview or prepared checkout does not mean an order has been paid for or made. Check the order and payment status, and keep your order reference for support.

For delivery, cancellation, return or refund questions, use the order help controls or the Carry One contact page. The order details and any terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase. These app terms do not reduce your rights under consumer law.

Rewards, referrals, credits and cash-out

If rewards are available, the app shows the applicable balances, rules and request controls. Use your own details and do not make false referrals or claims. A balance or submitted cash-out request is not proof of payment.

Cash-out requests are for account holders aged 18 or older, start at PHP 200 and are paid by GCash to the name and number you enter. We cannot check who owns a GCash account, so check your details before you send a request.

Account deletion does not automatically pay or cancel an unpaid claim. Keep your support reference if a claim remains.

Privacy and account deletion

The privacy policy explains local storage, backup, public sharing, exports, orders and retained records.

To delete your account, open For Keeps, tap ACCOUNT, then tap Delete account. Tap Send verification code, enter the six-digit code we email you, then tap Continue to deletion. Choose Keep copies on this phone or Delete account photos from this phone, type DELETE, then tap Delete account. Deletion happens right away. If you can’t use the app, see our account deletion page or email marwin@craftimar.com from the email address on your account; we delete within 30 days of verifying your request. Certain order, refund, safety and unpaid-claim records can remain. We keep safety copies of reported content for up to 90 days, then delete them. Deletion cannot recall copies in Photos, other apps or other people’s possession.

Availability and other services

Online features need a connection and the relevant services. Some sharing options also need a compatible device or installed app. Availability can change, and a feature may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important keepsakes.

Checkout providers and the apps you choose to share with have their own terms. Apple’s app licence and the open-source licences shown in the app also remain separate. These terms do not remove rights that the law gives you.
